Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
4 boneless/skinless chicken breast
¼ tablespoon butter
½ medium onion sliced
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 can milk

Directions:
- Melt butter in pan
- Sauté’ onion
- Salt and pepper chicken to taste
- Add chicken breast to onions and slightly brown
- In medium bowl add Cream of chicken soup and milk, stir
- Add to chicken
- Cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes until done and serve over rice
Hint:
Recipe, can also be cooked in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minute's depending on oven cooking times.
Chicken can also be cut into 1” cubes and cooked as above.
