Chicken Casserole with Rice Recipe

Chicken Casserole
Recipe by Jo Lynn Hebert


Ingredients:
4 boneless/skinless chicken breast
¼ tablespoon butter
½ medium onion sliced
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 can milk

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pan
  2. Sauté’ onion
  3. Salt and pepper chicken to taste
  4. Add chicken breast to onions and slightly brown
  5. In medium bowl add Cream of chicken soup and milk, stir
  6. Add to chicken
  7. Cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes until done and serve over rice

Hint:
Recipe, can also be cooked in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minute's depending on oven cooking times.
Chicken can also be cut into 1” cubes and cooked as above.
